There is a list: we asked for two pillows and they were never delivered. The elevator needs some work and a face lift besides it was tiny for people to get on with luggage and a luggage rack. When it was moving it sounded like it was creaking and struggling and the veneer on the walls was torn off and chipped. The TV in the room did not work properly and only had 4 channels with no access to movies of any kind. We could hear every toilet flush in the rooms around and over us and their showers running. The beds were ok but clearly showing alot of use. I wish I could say really good things about the stay but truthfully we would never stay there again.

I stayed for two days. There was a stain on the sheets the first day, so I expected them to be replaced with clean sheets the next day through room cleaning, but they weren't. Of course, the room was cleaned; the sheets weren't replaced.

We had issues with our key cards (multiple replacements were made), the breakfast was the same all 11 nights we booked and the parking lot had some questionable activities going on. My husband saw a high rat when walking outside the building. The housekeepers did an amazing job!
