The hotel is actually new, and the front desk staff were very friendly, but some staff were not familiar with the surrounding areas. The issue we had was with the room cleaning service. We had 4 nights, and every time we went to take a shower, we had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels, shampoo, and soap. They never vacuumed and changed the sheets. As for breakfast, there aren't many options. I don't think they should offer the same exact or repetitive breakfast every day.

My experience started great, but after getting the grandson ready for bed. Then I got ready for bed and looked up at the ceiling, seeing spider webs in both corners near the beds. In the other corner of the room, the ceiling is peeling, and the paint is coming off the wall. The caulking on the toilet and tub needs to be replaced because it is discolored to an unacceptable standard. My hotel stay was at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas/Fair Park. My room number was 201. My stay was 10/8-10/2025.

Nice area. Hotel is right off the interstate and has a Walmart nearby. Room was clean. Staff was questionable but I'd definitely stay here again.

I booked a room on Expedia the staff for the evening put me in a room with no tv stating that was the deal on the room. So when breakfast time came the morning manager arrived. I stated my problem and he accommodated me to check out at 12. Overall great stay I will be returning!!!
