The soap shelf in the shower was broken and sitting on the vanity when we arrived. I called to let them know they said they would send maintenance but we never saw maintenance. My main reason for calling was because they require a $100 deposit for incidentals and I wanted to be sure that didn't fall on me. The room does not cool at all during the day! Night time was fine but during the day its extremely humid. Good location, friendly staff, comfortable beds.
