Consider keeping drano or a drain snake cleaner on hand. We've stayed before and the sink always seems clogged and drain very slow. Other than that a great stay.

The front desk staff member(lady) was quite rude and unfriendly, seemingly more focused on chatting with a friend than assisting with my check-in. Regarding the hotel itself, the air conditioning is very noisy, the carpets have a strong unpleasant odor, and the beds are uncomfortable. Overall, this hotel is not a good choice compared to other La Quinta locations in the DFW area.

Mostly all good. Some maintenance is needed however Entry door near pool/elevators is broken down stays open occasionally (a security issue) Bathroom fixtures need attention (sink stem, toilet tissue holder are both loose/broke. Toilet seat is loose

Accessible for who!

It was labeled an accessible room, but There was only one room farther from the elevator. The toilet was very low. The shower had a step to get in and only one door that was very heavy. It was clean and the staff was friendly.
