Had to switch hotels

It was horrible! We tried moving rooming but they were full except king and we need 2 beds. The smell was horrible, ac was on 56 when we got there. The smell of cigarettes were over taken on floor 2. The only good thing is front desk clerk was friendly and gave our money back.

Great location with easy access to restaurants. The room had not been vacuumed. I reported it to the front desk, and it was never vacuumed during our 2-night stay.

No Breakfast after 7 :(

This was a very quick stay for us. We were there for a volleyball tournament next door. Everything was ok, they do charge a $100 hold. They also don’t have breakfast open until 7 am on the weekends which sucked because we had to be at the courts at 7. Otherwise It was super clean and nice. Someone had put something about AC not being cold in another review, when we arrived the room was ICE cold we ended up having to turn on the heat.

Great hotel in the center of DT Frisco

This is a newer hotel and the rooms look like they have been renovated already. Carpet was removed from the rooms, which I love. The bed/mattress was extremely comfortable and the room was very roomy, temperature was great. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We usually stay here every time we are in Frisco to see our family. I highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is very good also.
