Charming and spotless duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and gas log burning fireplace and 2 living areas close to everything... Greenville Avenue, North Park Mall, Arboretum, SMU and Downtown/Uptown. Plenty of parking is available curbside along Brentcove Circle. One Bedroom has King sized bed and the other has a Queen Size, and a full Size. Bed is in the second living room. We are a few miles away and we be available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing there are outside cameras for the protection of guests and the home.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from White Rock Lake Park. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the holiday home.

Perfect location!

Perfect location to just about everything. We stayed for a wedding at the Dallas Arboretum. With all of our events we were just minutes away from The arboretum, North Park Mall, Dallas Country Club and other family staying at the Doubletree. Our daughter was getting married and we watched her dog for 24 hrs. The cute fenced backyard was perfect for him to explore. Linda was very quick to respond to any messages. Accommodations were very comfortable for our family of 4. Would not hesitate to book this home again for any future stays.

Quiet Convenient Nicely Appointed Duplex

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for visiting our family who live in Lakewood and very close to White Rock Lake where we hiked. Hillside Village with grocery stores, restaurants, etc is also near by. The area was quiet and the duplex had all of the amenities we needed. We look forward to a return visit when in Dallas!

White Rock Lake

Very clean, great central Dallas location, comfortable beds and living area. Owners were easy to contact and very responsive. I read other comments that the Dart Rail that runs behind can be noisy and I didn’t find it disturbed us at all and we are light sleepers. The only constructive criticism would be to supply plastic wrap, tin foil, or some food storage. Overall, we were very pleased!
