Highly recommend!

The staff was absolutely phenomenal! The room was incredibly warm for unknown reasons but it was still a great stay overall. Loved the historic building and the location was perfect.

It is a beautiful historic building, however, The hotel would be greatly improved by updated hvac. It was extremely hot in the room and never fully cooled off. That equates to misery in Dallas! The elevator system is inadequate to serve the population in the rooms.. there is no exit to the lobby from the stairs either… I waited 20 minutes for an elevator that had room for two more people… it never came, we took the stairs down 9 floors to the 1st floor with our luggage in hand… only to find we had to walk back up to the second floor, exit the stairwell, then descend the staircase in the lobby. It took close to 45 minutes to get our car from valet… it was a literal hot mess!

Traveling to Dallas for a conference. Hotel staff were great and friendly. Room was ready on time, clean, spacious and offered a nice view of downtown. I was happy to see the facility had a gym; however some of the equipment was due for repair. It worked for what I needed though. Location was also centrally located downtown.
