According to the listing, I would have high speed internet, but when I got to my room I could not access the wifi. When I called the front desk, I was told it is a known issue for my floor that there was no internet. I was very upset about this. Additionally, the remote for the TV was inadequate. Without a directional pad on the remote, I could not access all the menu options. I made mention of this to the front desk and they assured me someone would come up to address the problem, but no one showed up. Overall, this place was a disappointment.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds for four people. I was given a room with one queen bed. There wasn't even a sofa sleeper. The front desk sent up a single roll away bed and all they could say was there were no rooms with 2 beds available and they couldn't refund me any money. So I paid for 2 beds and had to have one of my guests sleep on the floor because there was no room for them. I feel taken advantage of and would not recommend this hotel!

The room was great. It was clean, there was a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and desk so I could take care of work while traveling. The entire staff at the hotel was friendly and very helpful. Anytime I had a question, they went above and beyond to take care of me.
