The room was good for the price, the restroom was a bit of a mess. The shower head was not secure in the wall so it would shake. The ventilation would blow into the shower causing water to go everywhere and would not remove the moisture after using the shower causing the “paint” to bubble up from the humidity and was already pealing in some areas.

Well I was told that I couldn't be able to rent another room due to the effect of me leaving a bad review.. But when you have rodents and other pest spotted on top of the horrible customer service the employee Khunshi provided... It would make it unenjoyable then you have to go all the way to the front just to warm up your food because I don't have any microwaves in there The studio 6 is not even built the way most studio sixes are... I've never known of one to not have a stove... And I'm putting multiple reviews into one This is all that I've experienced the time that I've been here.. and when I had asked the employee to pull up the camera after she confirmed it had audio she didn't want to do it until after I was no longer around and claim that they looked at the video so I was wrong.. She didn't say that she didn't say it She just said I was wrong...

Unfortunately my review will be negative - The bed sheets were stained, the pillow cases were dirty, my room smelled like weed all night long and my room floor was very dirty - If you dont mind these inconveniences the rate is great.

It’s worth the price but u get what u pay for. But quiet but not pretty or up todate but if u need somewhere to sleep clean no bugs . Yeah do it. Expect 50.00 deposit cash.

Cons- Everything was dirty except the lobby. The exterior walls, and then in the room, the couch, the light switches, the sheets, pillow cases, towels, surfaces dusty. Evertyhing had a stain, pieces of hair, etc. The ac/heating unit temperature was wrong. It got to hot on heat, and not cool enough on AC. Shower pressure was weak. Don't plan on sleeping past 9 am, the carts pushing down the concrete paths, are extremely loud. Walls are paper thin. Room had bad odor. Pros- Good price, bed and pillows were comfortable, hot water in shower. Staff was mostly friendly.
