Well…..

Overall the beds were comfy and the place was generally clean. The remodel is not as accurate as the photos but it works. The parking situation is not good for those with trailers. I had to change locations to another venue. I clarified the parking restrictions and let them know ahead of time we have trailers and informed them of the lengths. When we get there we don’t fit. To make it worse, there’s no parking near the home due to street signs forbidding it. We have above

We’re so glad to have had this great place to stay in our neighborhood while our house was having work done. It was comfortable, clean, in a very convenient location, and had plenty of space. My daughter LOVED the bunk rooms.

Great house, not a lot of extras. The booking process was overly extra and difficult, more than most and all of the previous VRBO stays in my past. A regular and more simplified booking process is recommended, because I’m the existing process was ver discouraging, and I almost stopped or cancelled. I’m glad that I didn’t cancel, and the house, maintenance staff and mgt were great. Didn’t get to use the pool table because I didn’t know how to set it up As it was a flip process with hear hockey machine. Overall, excellent property, and I would definitely rent it again. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner and week in the house. Many great positive memories.

Pictures are Deceiving

Overall this home is nice. It was remodeled from the original home, but you could tell it was very cheaply done. The Master Bedroom Door does not shut all the way and therefore does not lock. The Master Bedroom Bathroom pocket door also does not shut all the way and does not lock. There is a portable air conditioning unit in the dining area that vents out the window - not the safest thing. The pictures make the backyard look huge. It is not. The material on the porch is VERY slippery when wet. The remote for the TV outside was non existent making it unusable. Before our stay began I had only asked two specific questions: Does the hot tub work & does the Washing Machine work. The answer to both was yes. The hot tub did not work, it had an error message on it about a filter. This was never fixed while we were there. The Washing Machine also did not work. They had a guy out and he said he "fixed it". He did not. Then a second guy came and said he couldn't fix it and needed a part, which resulted in us not having a washing machine. We were told before arrival they had a pool guy that came 2x a week. The pool was filthy the whole time, and no one ever came for the pool while we were there. There was a cockroach in the game room, making the kids not want to go in there. The neighborhood didn't seem the greatest, although we didn't have any specific issues with this. The beds were comfortable which was a plus. I asked for a partial refund, they said they couldn't do that.

Great location! 12 minutes from Downtown, many options for dining near by. House was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The amenities out back were a great plus with a outdoor covered patio, hot tub, swimming pool and sauna (other things for children). The entertainment room was also a plus! Everything was above standard and we would love to stay at this location again in the future! The hosts were very friendly, professional and prompt. We give this location our highest recommendation!
