Our room was so dirty behind and under the bed it was stains and pubic hair all over the matress and in the back of the bed we stayed at this room 241 the day of 8/28/25 to 8/29/25 theres alsosome type of bed bugs we couldnt sleep we were planning ti stay the rest of out stay in dallas but we decided to go to a better hotel for the same price the cleaness of the rooms specially the bed area isour priority never never books here again

Never Again!

The room was awful. It immediately smelled like mold when we entered the room. There were black patches all over the ceiling. Everything was worn down and abused. The bathroom door was broken at the bottom and would not shut all the way. The blankets felt gross when we tried to sleep, and the air conditioner was barely staying together. That was my last attempt at staying at a Red Roof Inn. Have only ever stayed in a Red Roof Inn twice, and both times were horrible. Stay away from this place.

Good enough

For one night, it was fine. The room smelled a little like weed. The guy at the front desk asked me if I wanted 2nd or 3rd floor, but did not mention the elevator was out. This is a motel, with outside entrances. The shuttle to the airport was convenient and on time.

For the price would most definitely stay elsewhere, the rooms smelled and the area around is to me unsafe at night. It is close to the airport.
