The room smelled like mold and humidity upon walking in. We moved the bed towards the wall so my baby wouldn’t fall and realized it was so dirty under the bed. The tub looked gross with brown/yellow stains so my kids weren’t able to take a bath. Also I requested a shuttle to be picked up from the airport and it never arrived. We waited over 45mins until the neighbor hotel shuttle by Wyndham picked us up and took us to the Red Roof.

Wait was to long for the shuttle. Waited almost 1:45 minutes for the shuttle. If they would have not lied about comming I woulf have taken an uber or taxi. Very frustrated. After that room was fine.
