Everything was amazing. My classmates had complaint about their hotel and when I showed them mine, they were jealous and wished they booked with Renaissance instead. Breakfast was amazing. Room spacious and clean. I will definitely come back.

Charged us six usd for the never opened water

Charged us the six dollar for the water we never opened. When we arrive, there are two bottles of water with six dollars sign on their neck on a small sofa table. Of course we have our own water, but in order to use the small table we moved the water to the table with the TV. And we received bill for 6.5 dollar. When you call them, the process is long and complicated and not able to talk to a real person. Too trivial to waste my time in this. Yeah you earned some extra money. Left a bad taste for me. I might come here again just because the conference happens here. But will be on extra guard for these little tricks.

This is quite honestly the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was impeccably clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. Also, we had all of our meals at the restaurant and it was 5 star quality. This hotel has far exceeded my expectations in every way!

We always stay here when we visit family in Richardson. The hotel is classy and modern, and the rates are very reasonable. It also has a large fitness center fully equipped.

Keep the loud drunks at the bar quiet at night

It was all very nice. Only complaint is some people getting drunk and rowdy in the bar way downstairs and me getting woke up by them repeatedly until about midnight on the 8th floor.

You can't go wrong with this place!!!

My fiance and I are actually residents of Tx so this was a quick little get away and the experience was great, everything from the bar down stairs to the food!!!! The breakfast was pretty good, but I just wish they were more accommodating with the choice of meats that were served, however I did try the cauliflower crust pizza and the wagu burgers and both were excellent choices with this being said my fiance won't let me book anywhere else because of how good the food was lol.

This hotel was amazing!!! I had originally booked at another hotel nearby but upon arriving there were some issues and had to look for another hotel. Renaissance Hotel was amazing about booking with me last minute and was completely ok with my pets(Sphynx cats) The staff treated me with the utmost respect and look amazing while doing it!! The vibe is great and relaxing and the food and drinks were also amazing!! Thank you for a great stay and we will for sure be back!!!!
