Beautiful high end hotel with friendly & courteous and staff. Room was immaculately clean. Loved having use of a plush soft robe to lounge about during our stay. Pillows & bed were a dream! The young lady at the front desk during check in and check out process, was most helpful and very considerate of our needs! We had a very pleasant experience and will return in the future, when visiting the Dallas/ Los Colima’s area.

Hotel is new. Lots of parking, clean rooms, and the staff was excellent. We had an issue with the deadbolt on our door. The staff was quick to address the issue and even offered to move us to a different room if the problem couldn't be handled quickly. We will definitely stay at the property again.

All staff I encountered was amazing, they were kind, attentive and ready to help. I had a smooth check in, the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Was only there for the weekend but I enjoyed my stay enough that this will be my stay in Dallas from now on. Super close to the airport as well. Only downside was that I believe they are still finishing some construction, was not a problem for me during my stay and no noise disturbances but at the time i went the restaurant attached was still not yet available. Look forward to staying here again.
