Welcome to this charming house in McKinney. This tremendous property boasts 4 bedrooms, including a king, two queens, a full and three twin beds With 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer and bathtub, guests will find their stay soothing and comfortable. An additional living room space with two twin beds provides wonderful extra room for relaxation. There are smart TVs in living area and each bed room. The covered patio has two BBQ grills which provides convenience and enjoyable outdoor cooking experience. The backyard facing to community park with breathtaking pond view has direct access to the trails and playgound. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

This is the second time we rented this home. It is a very nice property and my children love it. Especially being right by a park and pond. The place is cvery clean and the host isvery responsive and helpful.

Home was in a great location. I felt very safe in this home and it was close to the center of town. Home was nicely decorated but also there weren't too many brakeable things so I wasn't overly worried about my children breaking things. I would definitely stay in this home again. I appreciated all the little details the host provided, like tea and soap/shampoo/conditioner in bathroom. Thank you for a great stay!

Property lists that it sleeps 12 and in some info on the page it specifies 14. I had thought I had booked for 8 but the vrbo booked for just 1. I booked in advance- well in front of the time I could cancel for a full refund if anything changed. Well after I booked, the prop mgr messaged me asking how many people would be staying. I replied most likely 8 but possibly 10 for one of the nights, so just to list it as 10 since I wasn’t sure (as two of our group had homes within a 30min drive). The prop mgr waited until I was no longer in the free cancellation period to charge me for 4 extra guests for 4 nights. She said even though the listing is for 12-14 that she charges extra for anything over 6 guests. I could not find this anywhere on the site but she insisted it was very plainly outlined. As I could no longer cancel and rebook a different property without losing 50% of the total fee, I was completely stuck and she knew it. I had to rework all of our plans and relocate 2 people from this VRBO (we had 3 vrbos booked for our family event) so we would only have 6 guests at her property. While the VRBO was clean and a decent location, I would not book it again as I felt the mgr was dishonest and tried to take advantage of the booking.

We had water pressure issues but the host said that she would address it for future guests. Never apologized or offered any compensation for our inconvenience just a notice to let us know we needed to be out promptly at 11:00.

McKinney Stay

We were 6 family members who wanted a birthday/ reunion of sorts. We stayed at the house the whole time and had so much fun. The house was spotless, the neighborhood was very nice and the house backs up to a nice park with a with a walking path. We had quick access to grocery shopping and plenty of sleeping accommodations. We highly recommend this house.
