After a long drive from El Paso, my family and I were pretty exhausted. ADRIANA at that front counter was going thru a lot herself as the place was overbooked. I did have to wait a bit for her to get situated after major mix ups in bookings. Apparently the didn’t have my suite available and she was trying to figure out how to accommodate. Adriana could have easily said she was out of rooms and moved on, but instead she called her manager. Went over every room that was out of service, went up to a room to verify what was wrong and was able to find us the last suite. Man were we relieved, and so appreciative that she went out of her way. The customer service was amazing and the breakfast was just as good. Great staff and great place to stay. Highly recommended and we will stay again when back in Dallas! Thank you Adriana!

The Indian woman working was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. After requesting an accommodation for a late check out and being given the okay, she FORCED me out the room. Not sure how you can grant someone a late check out and then not follow through with it the morning of. On top of having a broken TV all week. I will NOT return

Very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Not only did I find roaches in my room, but the morning shift staff was also incredibly rude and unprofessional when I brought it to their attention. Cleanliness and customer service are two of the most basic expectations for any hotel, and this place failed at both. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

This is a great little place. They roll out a breakfast spread worthy of a much more expensive hotel. The rooms are large and comfy. The downside is it is not as well located as it appears on the map. You can’t easily walk to the Metro train (there is a gated community in the way) and the Uber was shockingly expensive to the airport. Also, all of the restaurants within walking distance were Indian food, except for Wendy’s and McDonald’s. The location is a big drawback.

I was pretty disappointed in the overall stay at this place.... The furniture in my room was pretty shabby and some of it was chewed up by pets. The water in the shower was not that hot...so taking a shower was not real pleasant. The maintenance guy was nice enough, but finally admitted that one of the boilers was not working, and here was no plan of repair any time soon. The TV didn't work right...i had to reset it up every day if I turned it off...so I just left it on. The fridge constantly had water build up in it. There was only one plate in cupboard and very little silverware and stuff to actually cook a meal. The elevator was very dirty and stinky so I just used the stairs. There was an overall feeling of the place needs to be updated in the hallways...new paint and smells needed. Lot's of marijuana smells. It seems there are many people residing there long term and were outside the main entrance smoking...so that what i was greeted with every time I returned. Could they just set-up a smoking area in the back, so this isn't the first thing a customer sees when they return to there hotel?? Will probably not return.

This is an amazing hotel! It was so nice to be able to get ac2 room 2 bath room for a decent price. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Adriana at the front desk was amazing. She was so nice and helpful when I needed to extend out stay. The breakfast was great. I will be looking for this hotel wherever I travel. Definitely will stay at the Los Colines site again.
