Wasn’t a great experience. Our toilet over flowed all over the floor before we even used it. Checked in late so asked in the morning to have it fixed as we couldn’t shower or anything. Two hours later still no one to look at it. We ended up checking out early. Still don’t have a refund. Sour experience . Roaches outside out door. A huge spider inside our bathroom. Won’t come back.

The lock on my room did not function. I reported it the first day to no avail. I also reported the strong smell of marijuana in my room. The clerk said it’s just from the room next-door. Do I want to get some spray for it? REALLY!!! I am currently in South America, but when I get back stateside, we will address this legally.

My room was a suite and was perfect. Reminded me of my first one bedroom apartment! The bed was extra comfortable and the a/c was perfect.

There were too many cigarette butts at the entrance of the hotel. Please move the designated smoking area from the entry way off to the side. The cigarette butts were a turn-off and you would need a full-time housekeeper out front just to clean up after the smokers.

Quaint and smelled good inside my room. Clean ish. But they definitely battle roaches that hide inside the walls. A little bit concerning.. but they also keep little kittens and cats roaming their area and feed them regularly. Nice to know rodents wouldnt be a problem. Be sure to drive safely because of the cats roam all day and night

For the past 6 years I'd stay at this hotel and for the 1st time I had a terrible experience. This was .my home away from home but since they have a new management it's was the dirtiest I've ever seen. There were things left in the room from the previous guests. The ants were out of control. The back of the hotel were I really enjoy with the pool area was the filthiest I've ever seen since Ive been staying there. I'd stayed here in April and I had no problem. Even though front desk personel in which I've never seen denied it, I automatically knew that it was a different management or owner!

Good value for the price.

Breakfest was good. Bed was soft. Water pressure was good in the shower. There was roach in the kitchen area. And the staff took care of it. I was not a fan of the air freshener they had in the room ( it gave me a headache). I had to unplug during for my stay. Over all the room was clean and more then i needed. Its a good value for the price. I will stay again.

Room was nice but had a weird smell when we first got there and the staff did come to spray. The breakfast was very good and had variety of items. The cleaning service didn’t come to our room or change out of towels during our time there.
