I was asked for my ID & a credit card up on arrival which is standard. I was told the card would be on file for incidentals, so put it in the machine, and next thing I know, he charged me $50. When I asked what for, he told me for these, and handed me a list of amenities like breakfast, WiFi, check-out, fitness, ice and water, housekeeping, & outdoor pool. None of which I would use except for wifi and I have to check out of course. Aren't these covered in the price of the room? Or complimentary? And the WiFi and the phone weren't turned on for almost an hour! I want my $50 refunded, and I'm never staying here again! I have Stage 3 Invasive Carcinoma so I will be staying close to. UTSW for Radiation treatments but NOT HERE or any other Hilton for that matter. I'm gravely disappointed and expected much much more from a Hilton!

The property is set off in an odd location and then has a gate around it. Leading to some confusion. The breakfast has no actual protein select other than peanut butter and boiled eggs. However this hote was very clean both by sight and smell! 💯

This property is not in a good/decent neighborhood. I chose this property for the price point and convenience to Dallas Love Airport. There is an option to leave your vehicle there (I’m sure for a fee) and use their shuttle service, but we just did not feel comfortable leaving our vehicle there for several days while we were gone.

It was lovely. Everything was as expected. The service was very pleasant. The place was clean. It was good definitely not bad but nowhere high scale enough to be excellent. I received what I paid for and would highly recommend this place!!!
