I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Our experience was disappointing from start to finish. We arrived an hour before the official check-in time and were told to wait, which is understandable. However, even after 3 PM (the promised check-in time), our room was not ready, and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The hot tub was one of the amenities we were looking forward to, but unfortunately, it was not warm at all, making it unusable. Additionally, one of the rooms in our reservation was never cleaned throughout our entire stay, despite housekeeping being informed. There was no complimentary drinking water available—only bottled water for purchase. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming and at times came across as rude. On top of that, the hotel is located right off a major highway, so noise was a constant issue, especially at night. Overall, the lack of hospitality, basic comfort, and cleanliness made this stay underwhelming. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others.

The Springhill Suites is in a great location! The room was mostly fine. We prefer rooms where the light from the bathroom does not shine right on the bed. The free breakfast was worth what you paid for it.

I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites and was disappointed with the overall experience. The complimentary breakfast was lacking, especially the hot water canisters, which tasted like coffee—clearly not cleaned properly. In my room, the pillows were dirty, the sheets didn’t seem freshly changed, and the fridge had a strong curry odor. That same smell lingered throughout the hallways and into the room. The hotel felt like it needed a deep clean and some type of scent or freshener to improve the atmosphere. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and comfort.

unsafe.

everything was good expect for the fact that we went to a concert and carpooled with some friends, came back to their car being STOLEN and no employee called the cops. they have a “security” and he didn’t do anything we told the front desk lady and she didn’t want to give us the name of the manager and kept laughing while talking to us like if it was funny.
