I am renting two rooms with a private bathroom. The guest will share the living room and kitchen with another professional who works from 9 to 5. This house is spacious, has a large backyard, and private parking. The house is located in Dallas, only 10 minutes from downtown, making it ideal for those who enjoy activities and nightlife. You’ll be just 16 minutes from Parkland Hospital, 12 minutes from UTSW, and 15 minutes from Baylor and Medical City hospitals. Additionally, this location provides easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants.

Hi had a great stay! I would come back and rebook this property. Host is very easy to deal with. Communicates well and fast. He also let us stay longer because our flight wasn’t until 5pm!

It has the bare minimum. If you plan to cook, I recommend bringing your own stuff. There's not bbq pit as shown in pictures.

Absolutely gorgeous, clean and welcoming
