The stay was great. We had no problems at all with the contactless check in and check out. There were plenty of spots to park in. The room its self was very nice and unique. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable though the bed was small and a bit lumpy and squeaky. Ourmain issue was the lack of reception. We didn’t receive an e mail with instructions. The e mail address on the sign at reception is defunct. There’s a complete failure to understand that not everyone travels with internet. It was only due to the help of a kind fellow guest that we found our room. For this reason i wouldn’t stay there again. We liked the free tram into down town. We found a couple of nice places to eat. We didn’t find the neighbourhood particuarly attractive or interesting.

The room we stayed in, Angkor Wat, had bedbugs!! We wrote to management to warn them but they didn’t reply. We didn’t want to leave a negative review but we thought it would be fair to warn any would-be guests in advance. Bedbugs are a nightmare to get rid of and we have had to take a bunch of preventative measures to avoid having them hitch a ride with us…

Great place! Super clean and comfortable. I loved the different decor in the room. The pool looked great, unfortunately we didn't have time to use it. Super easy check-in. Nice area too, easy to walk to many great restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again if we were back in Dallas.

There were a couple things with the room like no cutlery in the little mini kitchen, mismatched faucets, one of which was loose and sort of dangling, but overall the hotel room was nice. Would have been nice to have had a TV in the living area as the couch was very comfortable and would have preferred to watch TV in there instead of the bedroom

I really enjoyed the fact that parking was inside a gate as I was worried about other hotels around Dallas that have had break-ins before. The cleanliness was also a highlight, seeing as everything in our room and around the hotel was generally clean and felt comfy to walk around and be in. The only gripe I have is that the upkeep for our room 102 was lacking. The toilet seat and the bottom part of the shower were definitely broken, which wasn’t too big of a deal but water got all over the bathroom floor and wouldn’t have otherwise. All in all, I’d recommend this place to stay in, despite those small things previously mentioned. :)

The hotel parking lot was a little difficult to find(we didn’t go far enough), but after that, everything was wonderful. The rooms were clean, we had little bottles of water, as well as coffee pods for the Keurig that were in the hotel room. The beds are a little older, but very comfortable -overall we had a wonderful stay.
