Good area with restaurants within a few feet and shopping plaza within 1-2 miles for convenience. Disappointed upon arrival with the cleanliness off room. Had to switch to another room that was up to par. Disappointed that housekeeping only comes every other day which was an inconvenience. Bedding had a body odor stench which was unacceptable and had to request for clean bedding. When housekeeping did come, cleanliness of floors was still not up to par. (Dirt and particles left behind). Lobby was dirty for days with garbage bins in hallways left foil with foul smells for days. Breakfast area wasn’t maintained with cleanliness during and after open hours. Seemed like front desk was in charge of keeping that area clean which was not done efficiently nor professionally. The storing away of the remainder of breakfast food was EXTREMELY concerning as it wasn’t properly handled nor stored away with proper equipment. The exposure to cross contamination was highly alarming. Floors were filthy with spills of liquid drinks and crumbs of food left for days before clean up. Same with elevators and garbage disposals on every floor near the elevators were left filled with garbage and foul odors. Front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating to their best abilities. Area seemed safe and convenient. This hotel is only Good for a short stay! My stay was 11days and wouldn’t suggest it to anyone. For this hotel to be connected with Hilton, it was disappointing.

When did they central location to DFW area? We are buying a car. This place worked out perfect. There are some questionable properties in the area, but this is a solid Hilton brand that can be trusted. No problems and the staff was very polite and professional. They understood our situation and were very accommodating with us coming in going and check out times, etc.

The shower has water running out from the door not being aligned, there was a lot of water on the floor when I stepped out and almost slipped. The pancake and yogurt machine never work, multiple times I have stayed here. Thr apple juice was not cold so that was gross. Very unhappy with this stay.

We were there four days. In the bathroom, they have a sign posted that they come in every other day and change out the towels and empty the trash. In four days, they never came to our room. It took me three request on the third day to get clean towels. I also emptied our trash and asked for another trash bag and they said they were out. At breakfast one morning they were out of plates and the server didn’t offer any suggestions until one of the guests said “ do you have bowls?” At that time the server said yes I have bowls. I can bring out bowls. I would just say Service overall was a little bit lacking. They were also out of body wash in the shower dispenser and when I asked if we could get a new dispenser, they said they were sorry but they were out of body wash currently.

The hotel is very pretty, but needs better management. Breakfast...juice machine never worked. Food presentation terrible. We tried it once and never came back. We asked for an extra blanket...they didn't had any, at all. Corridor stunk, some quests were smoking weed. I reported it to front desk a few times. Coffee bar always very dirty and ran out of supplies. And the list goes on....very sad, we did not enjoy our stay.
