Booked and confirmed two rooms but after reaching at Hotel I was advised that one room was confirmed. I requested and some how managed to get other room in different floor. With family this kind of mishap is not totally acceptable. Do not book through Expedia. This is my recommendation.

Bad experience all around. Wouldn’t recommend it.

There was no hot water, and they only informed me at check-in time, which was too late to change, as it was nearly midnight. The omelette station guy is never there and you have to wait 5-10 minutes as he comes still using his phone and doesn’t look like he wants to help anyone. The tables in the restaurant are dirty and they barely clean them between customers, and when they do, they only clean the parts of the table that were used, not the whole table. The cafe staff and the reception staff are ALWAYS on their phone and don’t like their employees or working at the place. I would not recommend it at lol.

Overall, it was lovely experience; kids enjoyed a lot but only downfall was the air-conditioning system was not up to the mark or it might be due to humid conditions at that time. The management should look into this only; otherwise the ambience of the place is wonderful, and I highly recommend this place.
