Fitness center, beauty and swimming pool), Aqua Tropicana (subtropical swimming paradise), fun and Sport center (tennis, squash, badminton, skater park), game world (bowling, skittles), a large water ski facility with many features, and excellently developed hiking and Cycle paths and short distances to restaurants and supermarkets, as well as public bus transport.

Excursions on water with the MS Feodara II to Kappeln, Eckernförde and Kiel are also worthwhile for complete relaxation and offer a lot of variety.

The penthouse apartment is on the end floor in the 7th Upper floor, which can be reached with 4 new elevators modernized in 2014. From the hallway with a spacious cloakroom you can access the shower room and living room. There is also a small storage room off the hall.
