The property has been recently painted and the bathroom recently remodeled. Beautiful view of the harbor and the ocean beyond. We walked to the harbor, shops, and restaurants every day. The breakfadt was skimpy-no yogurt after the 1st day. The beds and pillows were rock hard. Came home with a sore neck and back. Beautiful property but if they don't get new beds and pillows. I won't be back.

We had nothing to complain, the only thing maybe, put an extra blanket in the closet for the guests that get easily cold, because the covers are pretty thin for this time of the year we came and the cooler temperatures

They had a nice pool and hot tub. The view from the room was beautiful. The room was clean. Minor item - there was rust around the fixtures shower rod, the towel rack and sink drain in the bathroom.

Dana Point Marina Inn is part of the history of Dana Point. It's an old hotel, the only one in the heart of the marina, and lets you experience Dana Point of old. You can walk to all the delightful boutiques and restaurants in the marina and enjoy the vibes of a small town beach city. Breakfast is included and the staff is easy going and helpful. Enjoy the iconic feeling of an old California beach town while it's still available. It's nothing fancy, but the location makes up for that. Come with a relaxed, accepting attitude and enjoy the history of Dana Point before it is lost.

Beautiful view

This hotel was great and a beautiful pool and jacuzzi and harbour view and close to kitchen room but there is no eggs on breakfast and no microwaves in the room. But you can refill your bottle of hot or cold water in the gym. The building a little bit old but no smells and pretty comfortable and clean. With a big balcony or backyard area.

Was to happy with the stay my room was a suite but noticed the blinds didnt work fell apart tub was chiped up at the drain ceiling fan covered with alot of dust not wiped down was not what i expected noticed alot of drunk people on the premises staying there smelt like weed at times a drunk was bothering me and saying rude stuff to my wife we usually always stay there but scary people staying there for what we payed was a good value and it was my anniversary i will never stay there again only good thing there was christine at the front desk she was very professional to us this place needs a update badly

I have been going here for several years. I think it is new owners. They have been cleaning up the place and it is much nicer. Easy walk around the harbor looking at boats I wish I owned. There is a express to Catalina Island and whale watching excursions.
