Lakeside Paradise Escape/Jet Ski & Kayak Adventure

This peaceful lake house situated on 10 acres is a haven for those seeking a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and to create lasting memories with loved ones, while only being 30 minutes away from Pigeon Forge. The living areas are perfect for gathering loved ones, whether it is by the fireplace on a chilly evening or an expansive deck to dine on. Feel free to bring your boat or kayak to enjoy the beautiful lake. The boat launch is less than half a mile away and a cove is nearby to swim in.

The space
Two bedrooms have bunk beds (one of which has three beds - one double and two singles), Two bedrooms have queen size beds, one bedroom has a full size bed. Additionally, the couch extends to a bed as well.


Other things to note
Jet Skis are discounted at over 25% if you stay with us and launch within walking distance from the house! 10% Military discount with active identification (retired, active duty, national guard, reserve, disabled veteran). This can not be combined with other offers.

Complimentary fishing poles as well as jet ski and kayak rentals at a fraction of the cost of rentals in the area. Please direct message for details.

Fish in the cove on the property or out in the lake with kayaks and/or jet skis!occurs.

The house is on well water with the state of the art purification system for the home. Although we drain and refill the hot tub in between every guest, there may still be some brown settlement in the hot tub from the well water, as it naturally oocurs.

Two families consisting of 7 children and 4 adults fit perfectly in this house. Game room and movie room were amazing! The adults even enjoyed them! Contact with the property owners was spot on! Overall would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself! 100% recommend! Very quiet, quaint and secluded! Enjoyed every bit of it!

Lake was further away than expected. Had to drive there. Floors needed swept and mopped, kids socks were black. Lots of crumbs in cutlery drawers. Pans put away dirty and had to be washed before use. Other than cleanliness, stay was great. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Kids loved the movie room and game room. Short 35 minute drive to Dollywood

We stayed here for my daughters wedding weekend and i have to admit i was very impressed! Plenty of space for big or multiple families, very private and very clean. The top front porch was a staple for our weekend as it was one of the coziest spots but you cant go wrong out by the fire pit either! I would recomend this place to anyone and i hope to be able to come pack and stay again! Thank you again for such a wonderful VRBO experience!

Accommodations were wonderful and a perfect fit for our large family. We wanted a long weekend on the lake with a house that could fit all 7 of us comfortably and this was the spot. The layout of the house was ideal with the master bedroom upstairs and the other bedrooms downstairs. The kids were able to stay up late and play pool & enjoy the theater room long into the night. While the adults enjoyed the screened in porch and quiet evening.The road to get to the house is gravel. We were fine in a 4x4 wheel drive vehicle but would be cautious if driving anything else.You can also drive down to a boat launch and fish at the end of the gravel road.Overall, great place to stay. Thanks Vet Adventures!

Outstanding!!!

This was a family getaway. Six adults and six children.The property was perfect! It was comfortable, well maintained, plenty of entertainment and as relaxing as it could possibly be. The theater room was a huge hit! The kids loved it!The kitchen had just about everything one could ask for and very nice quality. The fire pit had comfy swing seats that were great for enjoying smores.The game room was fun for both kids and adults. The screened in deck was perfect for both night TV and morning coffee. We took a couple of hikes down to the river for fishing and skipping rocks. The place is very secluded. Peaceful.We did the VetAdventures jet ski rental for a day and it could not have been easier or more fun. They did a wonderful job (Thanks Jake and Brian!).The property is clean, well maintained and just plain comfortable!And finally, a big thank-you to the property host, Wes! From reservations, to arrival, and throughout the stay, communication was prompt, courteous and professional. I'm trying to think of a negative but there really weren't any. All the grandkids cried when they had to leave because they wanted to stay. And that pretty much sums it all up! I highly recommend the property and hope we are all able to come back again next year.

Had a my family, party of 11 stay at the Cabin, we all had plenty of room and more than enough sleeping space. The community is quiet, and reasonable distance from Pigeon Forge with nice bcountry roads.

Great stay in Dandridge!

We had a wonderful stay at Wes' property. The beds were all super comfy, there was an ample room for everyone to hangout, and a great space for twin babies to play safely! There was a nearby ramp that we swam off of and another family member brought their boat which we kept at the Indian Creek Dock (about 8 minutes away). Douglas lake was great and we had a good time overall!
