We had two rooms for two nights and we didn’t stay for the second night. The rooms, and especially the bathrooms, were not clean. There was no soap in one of the bathrooms and there were bugs in both bathrooms. I will be contacting Expedia for a refund for my second night.

The pictures shown for the rooms are not accurate. This place isn’t cleanly, furniture was in bad shape; the sofa bed had torn pillows. There are no comforters on the bedding…just sheets. It felt more like a motel than a hotel. Only one elevator worked.

Staff was helpful when asked but hotel overall is a rundown. Poor conditions, mold on the shower curtains, dirty shower, pests of all kinds. Linens, towels and walls stained. No tissues, limited toiletries. Desk chair ripped up.

This is absolutely the worst property I have ever stayed in; dirty; no blankets; noisy and no parking. The rate for the evening in the mess was astronomical. I will never stay at a DAYS property again. I’d really like a refund for this horrible stay.

No hair dryer. No kleenex. No coffee maker in room. Rickety shower that was difficult to pull up the lever that switches running tub water to shower. Older hotel that you can tell has had no updates forever. Grouting, baseboard look like they need redone. Shabby looking walls and hotel in general

The one negative aspect of my hotel stay was that I was given a dirty room, but it was resolved when a staff member moved me to a another room. Other than that minor issue, I had an excellent experience.

Worst place Ive ever stayed at. We shut the light off and turned it back on and roaches everywhere, on the wall, the floor, the bathroom, and I looked at the bed and they were climbing up and around the bed. Towels had stains on them. We walked down the hallways and you can see the roaches moving. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Missing basic amenities

Advertised breakfast, but there was none. Coffee in the room, but no cups. No shampoo nor soap of any kind.
