Great outlook over the city, sunsets fantastic from the 14th Floor.Overall a nice apartment but it needs a good clean. Fan blades, tile grout on bathroom and kitchen floor is dirty, a good scrub up.3 Patio Chairs and 2 broken, screw coming out of one and the other had a torn bottom. Kitchen sink plug had fallen to bits so no hot water stays in the sink or the bathroom sink.No instructions for the apartment or parking so write up an Instruction sheet about this.Advertise the apartment with free parking, just add the 20/night to the advertised rent not ask for it as extra.Close to everything in town.Eli always answered txt messages promptly and helpfully.Overall we had a great time in Darwin.
