The A-Frame boasts a back deck & a spacious backyard with a fire pit, perfect for outdoor gatherings & relaxation. A storage building is included, providing extra space for your belongings. There are two mini-split heat/HVAC systems, which are Wi-Fi-controlled for your convenience & includes various smart features, such as smart light switches, NEST, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, & an element fire extinguisher. A security deposit and rental agreement are required with this property as well as a cleaning fee. The security deposit will be a pre-authorization placed on your credit card that you will provide when filling out the rental agreement.
