On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, offering a tranquil haven for a peaceful night's sleep. Upstairs, the master suite awaits, boasting a lavish king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Indulge in pure luxury as you unwind in the private tub or refresh in the spacious walk-in shower.

For the younger ones in your group, the themed room with a twin-sized bunk bed provides an exciting and imaginative space for them to enjoy. This room also includes an ensuite bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy.

The fourth bedroom features two full-size beds, providing ample space for guests to unwind and recharge. The captivating decor and comfortable furnishings create a delightful atmosphere.

Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Overall our stay was great. However, we experienced some tiny bugs in the kitchen and bathroom countertops. When reported, you responded quickly and that you fumigated and that lasted about 48 hours. We then had to buy bug spray as the bugs returned. Upon emptying the trash for the first time, we discovered a moldy banana peel at the bottom of the trash can. We disposed of the banana peel properly and washed out the trash can. In the Mickey bedroom, the full size mattress foundation appeared broken as when you sat on the bed it sunk in. Therefore, we could not sleep in that bed. Lastly, the sink stopper for the kitchen needs to be replaced. Other than that, everything was fine.

The overall experience was nice. Customer service was 5 stars, very responsive amd they reacted very fast. The townhome was great the only small issue was the ac. Didnt really feel like the temperature that we set was what we felt. But other then that was a lovely experience. Its walking distance to the water park. Would stay again.

Stay with extened unexpected guests

Pros: Champions gate is always a great place to stay. Properties are nice and the club house, pool and lazy river are a great amentity. Cons: There is a large mouse population at the property we stayed at. Also there were a ton of ants in the house.

First family vacay

The check in process was super easy. House was as beautiful as the photos. Communication with the host was great with quick response times. Our only downside is we drove all the way from Canada and had still had to go to a dollar store after arrival as there were no sponges to wash dishes or garbage bags to take anything out except the one that was in the bin when we arrived.

Great for the family

This property was just as described and the entire process was easy to follow. Getting the parking pass at the gate was simple for us and the other primary drivers. It was nice to be able to skip the lines with the pass after the first time through and also to enter the resort pool and amenities. The resort area was great for easy play with both toddlers and teens. Plenty of clean, comfortable sleeping room plus an area for a pack and play. The kitchen made it easy to save money on food by going to a nearby Publix first. The only thing I would have liked was more soap, toilet paper and maybe some basics like salt/pepper. Would definitely stay here again and well worth the money.

Brown Family Vacay

The property was beautiful. The checkin process was so simple. Communication was clear and all instructions were in the welcome email. The gate attendant was very helpful. The door was locked with a keypad which made entering so easy as were had our grandson with us. Not having to keep up with a key was great. The only issues we had was the pool was not heated and the dryer took all day to dry the clothes. The location was great and we really enjoyed the water park and the club house. We will definitely be back.

Great house for a high school spring baseball stay!

Framily vacation

Nice location, great amenities within the community. The property itself was very clean and as listed, just the pool is a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures. We did pay the extra to have the pool heated, but it sure didn't seem to be heated! I did try to contact the property manager regarding this and I never recieved a response. Otherwise no issues.
