While checking in, the person at the front desk charged our credit card for a deposit (which I understand) but he also charged for the room; which was already paid for upon booking. When I raised concern about that, he argued with me that I didn't already pay; then all of a sudden my original form of payment was refunded. So, that should have been my first clue. While the room was clean, only ONE electrical outlet worked in the entire room. Overhead lights were also broken. Then my flight was delayed, so I needed an extra night's stay. The night clerk (the same one who checked us in 3 days prior) extended my stay without issue. However, when I went to reactive our room keys in the morning the manager of the hotel demanded another deposit and payment. Which I had already paid for the night before. On top of all of that, the pool/spa area was pretty gross. There was trash left behind, a dirty sock in the pool, and a really gross dirt/oil ring around the hot tub.
All in all, we will not go back to this property. The one thing that was good was that the room itself was clean.
