Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in

The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. There was a kids soccer tournament in town and this is why I have given a low rating. The kids were yelling and playing soccer in the lobby for hours. The parents sat at the bar drinking and allowing the kids to run rampant not caring about other guests. I finally messaged the front desk at 9pm asking if they were going to put an end to the soccer and yelling at some point. This was after 7 hours of noise. I wish the staff had stepped in so that other guests could have enjoyed the lobby or even peace and quiet in the room. The lobby is open and sound travels into the rooms. After traveling for days, we just wanted to rest and have quiet time before hitting the road again.

We spent one night in Davenport for the Bix 7 road race. This hotel was perfectly located downtown. Walkable to great restaurants and breweries. The hotel was clean and well appointed. Rooms were very nice! We would definitely stay again!

Water Damage

This hotel has water damage throughout the property. Above the check in desk and other places throughout the hotel there are water damage stains on the ceiling. Once in my room, I immediately smelled mold and saw some in the corner of the room. I asked for a different room and the new room was fine. The hotel was very clean and staff was nice and helpful.
