Dirty. Poor conditions. Run down. Housekeeping is non existent. Could not get extra towels or pillows. Strong odor of marijuana in the hallways. Not a good experience.

This place is infested with roaches! They tried to refuse our refund. This place is very deceitful and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy!

Whereas the room was clean, and well appointed, the hotel itself was dreary and past its prime. I expected a nicer environment, especially the outdoor environs. The condition of the parking lot, and especially the dumpster areas (we walked our dog around the building) attenuated the pleasure of our stay.

I liked staying but there was a lady up our hall screaming late at night and we had a baby trying to sleep and there was young kids renting a room for the weekend that had a party and were drinking down at the pool and arguing and fighting. When u have kids u get protective and I literally had to be on my toes because they were even disrespecting the staff when she asked them who had a room and who was in the pool that was extra. It’s not the property’s fault, Springfield is just full of horrible people and they all go there to party now a days

The area around the outside of the hotel was dirty and had people hanging out in their cars. Felt unsafe. Bath tub and sink were dirty.

This property is extremely rundown, our room curtain was broken, the “deck” outside our room was indoor to a seating area however the ceiling was literally falling down onto the seats and table, the “breakfast” was extremely minimal and I didn’t feel very safe there. The dining area had vases with dead flowers and the attendant was NOT nice or friendly.

Wouldn’t take the card I reserved under because I didn’t go. Breakfast was almost nonexistent. Mold growing down the wall in the bathroom and I have pictures. No ice machine in the entire building.

Easy check in and allowed for change in room type (non-smoking instead of smoking). It was a little hard to understand what clerk was saying. Hallways are dark and kind of scary, but rooms are very nice and clean.
