Not as advertised. The hotel was clean and on the beach. However, the rooms were not very soundproof. The neighboring room were very loud until late at night. The fee to park nightly at a hotel we paid a lot of money for a room, to pay for parking is ridiculous.

Great stay!

We loved the Delta Hotel at Daytona Beach Shores. We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed the restaurant, pool bar, pool and on-property beach access. Excellent service was provided by the hotel staff. We will definitely return on our next visit to Daytona Beach.
