The outdoor pool is located on the southern side of the building allowing for sunshine all day long. The clubroom has a dance floor, bar, large screen smart TV, a catering kitchen, and a large oceanfront balcony. This property has a large 3-story parking garage with no assigned parking. Grand Coquina is a two-week minimum rental building.
