Great experience

We have stayed at this hotel a handful of times and always have a good experience. Hotel is very clean, love the full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathroom, beds are comfy, pillows are comfy and staff is super friendly. The breakfast I feel is a hit or miss. Some times it’s really good and stocked, other times I feel they don’t stock it or have as many options. Area in general is safe and good restaurants around.

Complimentary breakfast was good. Free Starbucks coffee was a plus! I did not stay long enough to check out the pool. A couple. Of the staff members were dry and seemed uncaring. But there was one young staff person who was cheerful and vibrant who made our stay welcoming! Kudos to her!!

I do not understand the high ratings for this hotel. It is on low side of mediocre. It was clean enough, but there was a candy wrapper on the floor when we arrived in our room. The A/C cuts out for long periods or no discernible reason and the shower is both weak and does not grt warmer than tepid. The water softening system needs to be tuned because you feel like you have a film on your skin after showering. The parking situation is untenable. The breakfast is just okay. Standard mid-range hotel fare: waffle maker, eggs, bagels, etc. There was a breakfast burrito that was at least interesting because it was different. The staff we encountered were polite and helpful, but the receptionist had the unenviable task of explaining that if you park 1 row too far from the hotel you will be ticketed and towed. Not the best introduction even when done politely.
