The blankets that came with the pull out couch were thin and not substantial, we had to request a few more to make do. Plus the extra supplies such as paper towel, garbage bags and towels were not provided enough for 3 nights. Plus the fireplace was out of service. Overall it was comfortable quiet and did the job, just was expecting more customer service and maintained amenities for the cost.

We had two nights stay in this resort in-the last week July 2025. Quite spacious for accommodating 8-9 people. Living area is very nice, lots of seating and spacious but definitely missing a powder room or small washroom. Always had to climb upstairs to use 2 attached bathrooms with bed rooms on upper level. Stairs going upstairs need some marking to distinguish steps of the same colour. Overall had a great experience staying there!

It was great after I had to convince front desk clerk that our room with a sofa bed needed more than a cheap thin blanket and sheet for my sister to sleep on it! Thankfully he found a couple more thin blankets for that first night. The next day when we returned from our excursions we found a full package of bedding with a duvet included in our room! Yay! Wonderful stay other than that.

Great alternative to staying directly in Canmore or Banff, with it being very close. The kitchen and spacious rooms were perfect for our specific needs and desire to cook meals. The supplies are okay in the kitchen, and we were able to manage. The coffee shop next door is excellent quality. It was a peaceful and private environment. Overall, we were very happy with the stay and the staff was very helpful.

Mountain Vacation

We spent two days here while hiking in the area. It’s close to Canmore and all the restaurants there. The rooms are nice, the location is good. It’s a fine place to stay. But it’s much more about the look than substance. Kitchen faucet leaked badly, pot handles were all loose, dishwasher only worked on pot scrubber cycle. All things that you can get past, but there are a lot of them. Stay for the location.

Good place to stay if you need a place to stay. tvs weren't working very well and not a lot to do beside the hot tub. But it was clean and gave us a place to stay between all thew activities we did.
