After a bad experience at another hotel, we were lucky enough to get the last room here at the Comfort Inn. The front desk was very friendly. All the staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean love to the bar and loved the casino. loved that the trolley took us downtown. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall a nice hotel Casino hours were odd, online states 24 hours a day, but they were avtually around 3pm - midnight. Would have liked to spend a few AM hours there. Breakfast was appreciated and overall good, nice variety. Our bathroom celing needed to be cleaned and repainted. Our bed comforter also needed to be replaced, the bottom seams were totally ripped. Just for reference, because i know it matters to some- room cleaning is completed on request by 11 am. Unless a longer stay. This is posted in the bathroom mirror. For kids it does have a fun looking arcade with prizes for tickets and a mini golf are, which we didn't use. They also have washers and dryers (didn't use), In room microwave and a good size refrigerator/freezer. Our room did not have a safe. The trolly to Deadwoods Main street has a stop right out front and its $2.00 pp.

The hot tub was not even warm, same as the pool. There was no wi+fi and they couldn't fix it. The guy at the counter was very helpful, his boss would not return his calls about the problems. I ended up leaving after 2 hours, with a full refund.

This was way overpriced. Hotel is over a mile from downtown area and the advertised shuttle didn’t show up when it was supposed to a single time. We waited 20 minutes past the scheduled time and ended up walking or taking a cab. The hotel itself just looks old and sad. We did use the hot tub and pool area which was ok but also needs an update. The casino/bar area is dark and depressing. We paid $170 with taxes and it was worth about $110.
