The villa has two independent zones:



Upper floor: two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, living room and open kitchen.



Lower floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure maximum comfort.



This property, built by the owning family in an era when there was no road (materials arrived by boat and donkey), retains that authentic and exclusive charm that makes it so special.



Environment



Cala Deià is a small rocky cove located on the north-west coast of Mallorca, within the municipality of Deià and in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana. It is surrounded by cliffs, low-lying vegetation and pine forests, with very clear waters. It does not have fine sand, but rather gravel and stones, which gives it character and a very authentic natural style.

Rules



Out of respect for the few residents of the cove, parties are not permitted.



Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If desired, you can smoke outside and make sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.



Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.



You shall be responsible for the rubbish generated during your stay. Please separate the rubbish in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated location.



Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.



It is not permitted to hold parties or events in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
