Very poor customer service

Booked this hotel by mistake as there are two Eros hotels in New Delhi owned by the same company. As I booking was for 3 days I hoped they would be reasonable and charge me for one day. However they point black refused to do anything at all. While it was my mistake I would have hoped they would have been more understanding . Especially as I was moving to their own sister hotel. Compared to the Shangri-la Eros this place is very dated indeed.
