To access this hotel is extremely difficult. It's just a transit hotel and only should be used as transit, in between the flights. Hotel should emphasize that. Location otherwise very convenient as its inside airport. Wish it should be less expensive.

The room was very small, it smelled bad, the water from the sink and toilet were a light brown colour. The towels smelled bad. I would never stay there or recommend it to anyone.

I went to the Holiday Inn express counter in Terminal 3 at Delhi international flight. It was 2:45 am on the morning of December 18th. I had a reservation but was denied access on some false information. The representatives would not admit me as my flight the next day, December 19th was from Terminal 2. I was unable to check-in at 3 am after the long journey. The rules had changed and they refused to take me to my room There was no mention of this rule at the time of the reservation. There was no clear statement of the rule that I could not stay at Holiday Inn express if my flight was from Terminal 2. I am asking for a refund of my room charges. I was greatly inconvenienced and had to find another place to spend the night, which cost me an additional $100.00. I need Holiday Inn to refund my charges as well as cover the cost of the alternate accomodation

The location within terminal 3 is the main draw. But I had exceptional service being lead through back corridors to get to the hotel. Before my flight friendly staff picked me up and escorted me to my check in counter. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great.

We stayed overnight in this hotel after long flights from US, with a connecting flight next day from T3. Very convenient, Good food (had dinner & breakfast), nice runway views, rooms although small, are comfortable with good bathroom, and friendly staff (Nawab in particular helped us a lot from carrying luggage, near international exit points, to security, to room check in and more)

I had to wait a long time, to be checked in. Nearly 50 minutes from when i approached the staff to my room. Toilet was not flushing, fridge was not in working order.i needed to rest and didn't want to travel out of the airport, could have booked much cheaper better hotel out of airports premises.
