Our stay at Pride Plaza Delhi was quite disappointing. The room looked fine at first, but basic maintenance and cleanliness were lacking. The shower drain was completely clogged, causing water to pool up when we used it. To make things worse, there was no toilet paper provided when we checked in, something that should be standard in any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5-star. When we raised the issues, the response from housekeeping was slow and not very helpful. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations in terms of service and upkeep. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves maintenance and guest readiness in the future.

While checking in the hotel couldn't find my booking instead of helping us, they asked us to sort it out with the agent. They booking was live with Hotels.com but some how the hotel missed to update it in there system with resulted in us waiting in the hotel lobby for hours with a 10 month old baby. You can do better pride Plaza.

Wonderful hotel in Aerocity, perfect for a layover of a night or two. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean, there is a nice gym as well as a pool, and a varied breakfast too. There are nearby shops and restaurants (walking distance), and it is easy to Uber into the city if you want to explore for the day. I would choose Pride again for future Delhi layovers.
