I was sitting outside waiting for taxi one of the managers approached stating I should not sit outside because of my clothes and his owner is coming in BMW 7 series. I have explained him I’m customer why should I be carrying if your owner or hotel owner is coming. However, this was most idiotic conversation I had with hotel staff.

The airport pickup was efficient. Although the driver had to park very far away in a garage . It was a very long walk. He did push my luggage for me but it was quite a trek. Also the check in at this hotel is always quite lengthy , and when you are tired after a long international flight it gets a bit annoying. Worse yet, in the morning at checkout the desk agent needed to see my passport and visa again, as the girl who checked us in did not do it correctly. It caused us an extra delay in checking out . Agents need to be better trained .
