Room was clean and functional and free airport transfers were very handy. Downsides were very expensive coffee shop and outside area was very noisy being directly on a very busy main road but that is to be expected of a hotel close to the airport

Ate food at the Thai restaurant and the Pad Kha soup was expensive and unappetizing. It was full of lemon grass stalks and galagan root. I got both in every bite. When I pointed it out, they said this is how it is supposed to be. I’ve had the soup many times before at various places but never this bad. At the end of my not so good meal, they wouldn’t let me charge it to my room. They had to send someone with me to my room to collect the payment. Since when did this rule start?

The property is in great need of renovation. There was a stale smell of cigarette smoke on our floor and the carpets were very dirty. The spa was under renovation, but I did have an excellent deep tissue massage with Geepta. Transport to the airport was difficult to book when it should have been very easy.

The property is nice however I had emailed that I will be arriving at midnight and arrived at 3am - my room wasn’t ready. Housekeeping was cleaning it. It took them 30 minutes to prepare the room. They were apologetic but a few things had happened where the attention to detail were lacking. They did take care of my food bill but for how much I paid for my room, I didn’t get my VIP benefit nor did I receive value for my money.

Convenient Airport Hotel

Hotel is quite convenient for aiport stay, rooms are comfortable, retaurants are quite good, bar and pool area is nice. Minor gripes i guess relate to locatiin, check-in and out - so location is isolated for walking to restaurants, so you have to use the hotel facilities. Check-in - they emailed me 2 times asking for my arrival details etc, i responded and asked for an airport collection, but on arrival no car and had to phone. My check out gripe is just how long it takes - bit of a faff, took about 15 minutes. Generally though clean, comfortable, nice staff, decent food.
