The Claridges staff despite being under a lot of pressure this week because of the AI Summit very busy time in Delhi kept the smile and the great welcome. I didn’t get her name but the Asian girl at the reception was very helpful, Yogesh the chauffeur was amazing and very helpful in all my transportation needs and the room was always well maintained by Arvinder! I recommend this classy and very well styled hotel. All the staff was very helpful and courteous.

spotless room, excellent staff keep this hotel wonderful. Breakfast was also wonderful. however, some of the restaurants in the evening were a bit lacking on service. The Italian/European restaurant was also excellent. We really enjoyed this restaurant the service was much better. There are many extra charges on every restaurant meals(Delhi taxes and service charges etc) so it is expensive for what you get. Our room, had what can only be described as a pretend window. Curtains but no window. It was very small for two people with luggage, but everything in it was to a very high standard. I think this room had just been re-done and it was nice - so we did just try to enjoy it. Overall we did enjoy our stay but I would think twice about returning and maybe try somewhere else.

The room was lovely. The door staff were very welcoming and kind. Rohit i Pick Wick was very professional, kind, friendly and efficient. Rajesh the driver was outstanding. He was very professional and warm, nothing was too much bother. I had Rajesh most days as he very knowledgeable and was very patient driving me around feeding the street dogs, always with a warm smile. The rooms were immaculately serviced. I felt after staying in many 5 star hotels in India, Claridges front desk staff were not always welcoming and warm and i felt it lacked ambience. So please pass on my sincere thanks to Rohit, Rajesh and all the door and security staff, they excelled in their duties.

This hotel was amazing from start to finish. I arrived at the airport at 1am and a hotel representative was waiting with a sign and promptly lead me to the driver. The driver was so friendly and knowledgeable. The check-in was smooth and I was given the most beautiful room with a huge closet and a clean well-stocked bathroom. The next day, I had the best massage of my life at the spa, where you’re given a huge suite for your treatments (large heated tub, shower, and bathroom). Every member of staff is so helpful and welcoming. I’m already trying to book another room for Christmas as I can’t stop thinking about this beautiful hotel!

Huge huge breakfast menu from full English continental to dosa’s! (the idly samba, donuts and cold coffee was great!) The bakery was excellent as were the 3 restaurant choices. Under 8’s can’t go to the Thai restaurant but as the kids wanted pizza from the Italian and we wanted Indian from the Dhaba restaurant they allowed pizza to be bought into the Indian restaurant. Room service was excellent as was the car service. Couldn’t fault anything. Staff were lovely and gave little teddy’s to the kids as well. We booked a room with one gigantic bed for the 4 of us (5yr old and 10yr old) but my 10 year old daughter wanted her own bed and they provided a spare bed instantly. Overall our experience was just brilliant. Khan market is literally 5 mins away and Connaught place also very close maybe 10 minutes. So plenty of shops and food nearby.

The hotel is designed and curated beautifully. The staff from check in to concierge but particularly the in-room dining team is to be applauded. Murtaza- I hope I remember the name correctly from the inroom dining team is the kind of customer service person that people should strive for. Even though I asked for supper on an unrelated issue, he did not pass the problem to someone else but stayed on until resolved. The best in class in customer service.
