I arrived here on my birthday. Sona the receptionist was very friendly and thoughtful. She allowed us to check in early and prepared a birthday surprise in the room. The bed was decorated with balloons and Happy Birthday bed cover. A birthday chocolate cake was also presented. This is the best surprise I've received from a hotel. Really appreciate it!

This location was clean, tidy and the food was delicious. The staff is outstanding- when they learned it was my birthday, they presented me with a silk scarf as well as a birthday cake delivered to our room. We loved our stay here.

Close to Connaught Place, yet tucked away. The rooms are clean and stylish, but cramped for two people. Food (breakfast and dinner) is mediocre, but the lobby cafe does surprisingly good coffee. Pool is rubbish.

This was an absolutely wonderful stay. On our first night in the city, we stayed at a smaller cheaper hotel that looked great in pictures, but they were obviously heavily doctored and in some cases outright fake; it was shady in person, and felt very unsafe (someone was vigorously rattling and shaking the doorknob trying to get in at 2am!). Because of this, I decided to change hotels upgrade for safety as woman traveling alone abroad, and chose the Connaught and I’m SO glad we stayed here! The security and safety felt top notch, and the staff were so kind and gracious and attentive; I felt like I was some sort of VIP. This was probably the nicest hotel I ever stayed in, and the room service food was wonderful. I wish I had stayed here from the beginning instead of wasting time and money on the other hotel, but I’m glad I was able to spend two nights here at the end of my stay. I loved the colorful tiger statue in the lobby! I had a great view of the stadium which was also really nice. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Overall all staff were courteous and helpful..at the reception Mr. Shubham, Ms Karishma, Ms Sona were always helpful..can't remember all names. At the breakfast, Mr.Mani and everybody was caring, and served with courtesy..The only minus point is the small room, difficult to accommodate your luggage..I managed as I was alone and just one suitcase..my experience was pleasant..
