Overall good experience. Had issue with bath tub drainage but it was taken care of within minutes. Staff is great especially in dining. Thank you Stephen, Sunil, Anil and the guy who made eggs in the morning. Lots of Food options. We were early for check in but Rakesh accommodated us as quickly as they could. Will stay here again.

This was truly a memorable experience. The hotel staff was great and we felt like VIPs here. The room was amazing and so comfortable. They provided water bottles constantly and snacks for free. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Dated and Overpriced The hotel feels very outdated for the price. The furniture in the rooms is old, worn out, and covered in grime. Everything looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. Definitely not worth what they’re charging.

Probably more of a tourist hotel.

The hotel room was a bit tired and would benefit from an update. I think this is more of a tourist hotel than a business hotel. The staff were professional and welcoming. I waited almost 30 minutes for a black coffee with milk on the side at breakfast, but everything else was ok.

Lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We found the hotel a calm oasis away from the busy city of Delhi. The restaurants and bars lacked a little atmosphere, that is why we have marked 4 overall but I would recommend

Excellent hotel....few improvement suggested

Excellent stay....only disappointment is if you have ordered something via zomato....you have to go all the way upto hotel entry point near car check to collect you stuff.....would suggest if not send it to the room atleast delivery cam be taken at reception
