We absolutely loved our stay here ! Host was so responsive and welcoming. We needed bicycles and Jack came immediately with new ones ! The neighborhood is safe , great for big families. Area with lots of fun things to do close by. Highly recommend this home!

Dated but fun

Our family had a wonderful week in Delray Beach. This house had all the basics that we needed. The heated pool was so nice and relaxing with many seating options. Our host was informative and accomodating. The reason we aren't giving 5 stars is because the listing pictures are different than the actual appearance. Some of the furniture is not the same as pictured and the house has a tired feel. Unfortunately, only 1 out of the 3 bikes were able to be ridden. However, there were many beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach which was very helpful. With a few improvements, this house could be a 5/5.

Tiki House

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this home. As described, it was spacious , nicely decorated , clean comfortable and the amenities plentiful. The heated pool was a definite plus and the Tiki Hut was a great outdoor hangout ! Our host Jack was very attentive to our need and communication was excellent. We definitely would rent this home again if returning to DelRay !

Celebrate 2025

The house is close to downtown Delray, shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is great to walk around and admire beautiful homes and landscaping. We enjoyed the pool and tiki hut everyday. The house had plenty of towels, pool and beach chairs/umbrella. We had a great time and would recommend it and stay there again.

A Piece Of Heaven

I have stayed ar many houses in Delray Beach and this is a great one. On historic Swinton Ave in a very quiet section. The house is very well maintaind and Jack was on top of his game communicating. The kitchen is loaded and they leave the extra drinks from previos renters! How cool. We did the same. The beds are comy the showers have power loads of towels beach abd bath. Three bikes and we loved our morning rides. The gas grill anywhere is never my favorite since i am a charcoal guy but it was clean and a full tank. The pool is fabrastic and the pool guy even came by to give an extra cleabing. The backyard is super private and we so enjoyed that. Thabk you again for a great vacation!

Great Spot

Great spot at a reasonable price. Short drive to the beach and downtown. Place was clean and owners provided nice amenities such as beach chairs, beach towels, toys, etc. pool very nice and relaxing. Was worried somewhat about road noise but with the beautiful vegetation around the yard you could not hear any traffic.

Relaxing family vacation

An amazing house for a trip to visit family in Florida. The house was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Everything we needed was at the house and the pool just added to our fun and relaxation. Jack & Laurie were great hosts and made sure we got all the information we needed for our arrival and stay. Super Family Spring Break

The home was perfect place for our visit. The pool was crystal clear and heated making it a favorite for everyone. The four bedrooms were perfect with two masters both with beautifully updated baths. The kitchen was modern and spacious. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and private. The Tiki hut was a great gathering spot with great night lighting as did the entire yard. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and look forward to visiting again. Jack was a thoroughly enjoyable host who was fun to chat with and very helpful on information to make our visit all the more enjoyable.

Thanksgiving get away

We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back. Everything is so close and easy to get too, home was super spacious and relaxing. We celebrated Thanksgiving when we were in the home and had everything we needed. We were able to bring our small dog and it was wonderful to have a gated back yard were he could just play. Teens loved all the different areas just to hang out (on there phones) Thank you Jack & Laurie we can't wait to come back

Awesome stay

This little oasis was fantastic. The house was clean, roomy and very comfortable. All beds were super comfortable. We stayed during a very hot spell and temp inside the home was perfect to cool down. The house is stocked with all necessary beach equipment, chairs, umbrella, cooler, bikes! Everything you need is here. The outdoor area was our favorite. Nice pool and tiki bar which used daily! I text the home owners multiple times during our stay and they always got back to me quickly. We even were able to pick avocados/coconuts from the trees in the yard! FANTASTIC!!! Highly recommend!

An Awesome Vacation

We loved the property and the home.. a great location, close to the beach, and downtown Delray on the Av where all the Restaurants, cafes and clubs... also our 2 little dogs loved the experience also.. a great backyard, pool and Tiki Hut... The Host were amazing wonderful people.. they get a 10 Star on a 1 to 5.. We can't wait to go back...

reunion getaway

we were extremely pleased with the communication with the owner both before and during our stay. The house was perfect, just what we needed. We loved having a heated pool! We would definitely come back with family for a visit to Delray.
