The bad:Broken tiles in entryway of room. Noisy traffic heard through out the night. Difficult to find. The address says Cedar but it’s actually on Pine. Need a way to identify the hotel from Cedar Ave . The Good: staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of fresh fruit and protein options hotel was clean, beds were comfy. Suggest ear plugs if you stay in room facing highway! We would stay here again.

Can’t understand how this is one of the most expensive and highly rated places to stay in Deming when there are no usb connections supplied in the room for electronics? Plus you have to crawl under the desk in your room to plug in the coffee maker. Certainly didn’t live up to it’s rating!

We checked in around 5:30 pm and the front desk clerk was very busy. We had reserved two rooms but one wasn't ready because there had been 71 checkouts (!) earlier that day and the the four housekeepers were scrambling to finish the turnovers. Nonethless, the clerk was calm, efficient and pleasant, and she notified us by a phone call to our room when the second room was ready. She did a great job! As always with Holiday Inn Express, the place was clean, the room was comfortable, and we had access to every amenity we could possibly want or need.

Hot tub was dirty. Too much focus and freedom for animals. There was dog hair on the carpet outside the room. I have severe allergies to dogs and it made sleeping a wreck. While the room was clean, I had to be extra safe wearing socks so I wouldn't track dog hair into bed
