This is the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in years. It was safe and even though right off the freeway it was pretty soundless. They have a restaurant/bar with typical bar food that was actually very tasty. The staff was attentive and friendly. Definitely well worth a stay and if our travels bring us back this way we will absolutely stop here again.

The room had and odd odor, almost like cat pee. The shower controls were very confusing. if you turn the knob to the left, you either get cold or kind of warm. if tourn it to the right, past the off position, you get scolding hot. The chairs with the table in the room had huge stains.

Would not recommend staying there again, the room layout made zero sence, the microwave did not function properly. The room was dirty. There was no working ice machine. We called ahead because we wanted to stay somewhere to swim. We were advised the pool was open when we got there. The pool was green. There was dead Beatles in the room. Beer cans all over the parking lot. The refrigerator didn’t even keep anything cold and the AC was more of a fan than air conditioned air

Bugs everywhere even woke up to a bug in bed, huge spiderwebs in curtains even had a spider fall onto the table under where we had food, bed spread looked like it had blood on it, looked like a finger/nail on floor so it looked like room hadn’t even been vacuumed. Called to speak with manager and to let them know we would not be staying the 2nd night and he was busy and the girls said he would call back we waited a bit called back again and front desk said he would call me back when he wasn’t busy again and I said we were packed up checking out either way and I was just going up to the front desk, so got charged for second night because it was 20 minutes after check in but I had called the front desk way before check-in and you could even see the time stamp of the video I took while walking out of the room which was clearly before check in time. Had I not waited for the manager to call me back we would’ve been out of there before check-in time so I feel like he purposely didn’t call me back so he can have that excuse that we didn’t check out until after check-in time. Manager even offered us drinks and food to apologize but when it came to disputing the charge with Expedia he changed his tune.

The staff is what made us stay 3 nights instead of one night, their friendliness and service was so good, both Mary and the kitchen and also the cleaning ladies were so nice and friendly we couldn’t hardly leave. Both of them were Christian’s and tried to help us so much.
