This home sleeps up to 6 guests with two upstairs queen bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the main-level reading nook. It is also dog-friendly, so your mountain getaway does not have to leave your pup behind.

Main Level
Step inside and you are welcomed by the warmth and character of a true log home. The main level features a spacious great room with comfortable seating, a large dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher, but it offers generous counter space, a large peninsula, and plenty of room for preparing meals after a day outside.
The sunny front deck gives you room to sip coffee, grill dinner, breathe in the mountain air, and enjoy the forested surroundings. This level also includes a half bath with laundry, making it easy to tuck away ski layers, hiking gear, and wet mountain essentials.
Behind the beautiful log staircase, you’ll find a quiet reading and TV nook with a queen sleeper sofa. It is a cozy little spot for movie time, a book, or additional sleeping space.
Upper Level
Upstairs, a second living area gives everyone room to spread out. This comfortable lounge space is great for movies, games, and slow mornings before heading out to explore.
The upper level includes two queen bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and an indoor Swedish sauna. After skiing, hiking, biking, or rafting, the sauna and hot tub make this home feel like a true mountain retreat.
Outdoor Living
AlpenView has multiple outdoor spaces designed for fresh air and easy mountain living. Relax on the large front deck, enjoy the peekaboo view of Mt. Shuksan, soak in the private hot tub, or let the kids explore the natural boulders and wooded surroundings.
Snowline Community
Snowline is a peaceful gated community near Glacier, Washington, and one of the closest neighborhoods to the Mt. Baker Ski Area. Guests enjoy a beautiful forest setting with community walking paths, river access areas, a playground, open field, tennis courts, clubhouse, and a seasonal outdoor pool, typically open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, depending on weather.
Please note that HOA rules allow up to 6 guests per property at the pool at one time.

Good to Know
Because of the open log stairwell design, this home is best suited for guests ages 5 and older.
This home is located in a mountain rainforest near the base of Mt. Baker. Weather, power, WiFi, and cell service can be unpredictable in this area. AlpenView has WiFi and a smart TV for streaming, but internet speeds are typical for the remote mountain location and may vary. A whole-house generator provides added peace of mind during outages.
Winter guests should be prepared for snow and ice. All-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive is strongly recommended during winter months.
Snowline is a private gated community with quiet hours, leash rules, parking rules, and no campfires. Parking is limited to 3 driveway spaces, and all vehicles must be registered before arrival.
Dogs are welcome with approval, up to 2 dogs maximum. Pet fee applies. No cats or other pets, please.

Snowline Community Club is one of Glacier’s most loved gated mountain communities and an ideal basecamp for exploring Mt. Baker, the North Cascades, and the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest.
Set along the border of the national forest, Snowline offers a peaceful, park-like setting surrounded by towering evergreens and fresh mountain air. Guests enjoy access to community amenities including a seasonal outdoor heated pool, typically open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, plus a playground, open field, private walking paths, nature trails, and scenic river access areas.
Snowline is just minutes from hiking, biking, river rafting, fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, and some of the area’s most beautiful scenic drives. Mt. Baker Ski Area is approximately 25 to 30 minutes away, with Artist Point, Heliotrope Ridge, and Skyline Divide nearby.
It is a quiet, family-friendly mountain community with the perfect mix of privacy, nature, and easy access to year-round Mt. Baker adventure.
