Country House 'Peyrouteau, Bucolic Gîte' with Private Pool, Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in Dému, in the heart of the French Tuscany, this charming 100 m² country house welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms (one with its own shower room/WC) and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, step-free access, dryer, washing machine, barbecue, plancha, TV, fans, electric heating in the bedrooms, and a wood stove in the living room. For families, a baby cot, high chair, and playground are available.



Outside, relax in the garden, on the covered terrace or the open terrace. The outdoor saltwater pool (unheated) is accessible all year round—even in winter for the brave!—from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (hours may vary when hosts have guests). The water is gentle on skin and eyes. An outdoor shower is also provided.



Parking is on site; access is best by car due to unpaved roads. Small evening gatherings with friends are allowed, but quiet must be respected after 11 p.m. Beach towels are provided.



The hosts live on the property, but not in your accommodation. This former farmhouse, perched on a hill surrounded by fields, offers a peaceful setting near Auch, Marciac, and the Barbotan thermal baths (within 40 min), Vic Fezensac, Condom, Nogaro, Eauze (within 20 min). Bordeaux is 2 hours away, Toulouse 1.5 hours, and Agen 1 hour 15 minutes.
