An original three bedroom house with private garden and only 150 meters from the sandy beach. It is located in a very calm street very family oriented to enjoy your holidays with the whole family , enjoying a barbacue in the garden and destress on a hammock at sunset!
This villa has three bedrooms, one bathroom, open kitchen towards the living-room and it has been remodeled in 2021. The kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and cooking hob. It has a covered terrace in which you can have nice meals with family and friends and a private garden. It has a private parking and an outdoor shower to get rid of the beach sand. And the sandy beach is only 150 meters away from the garden gate.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus, waren von 26.12.24-4.1.25 dort. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden! Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zur Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort. Perfekt gelegen, dicht am Strand, komplett eingezäunt/ Sichtschutz, sehr privat und den ganzen Tag Sonne auf der Terrasse!! Immer wieder gerne!! Grüße!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, den wir auch noch gerne verlängert hätten. Leider war das Haus im Anschluss schon weitervermietet. Im Haus fanden wir alles vor, was wir benötigt haben. Das Haus war sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war sehr gut. Auch die Nähe zum Strand war super. Alles im Allem, weiter zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Marcus und Tina
