One of the few places where you can enjoy the sunset directly over the sea.

The villa offers approximately 150 m² of spacious living space for up to six guests. The fully fenced private plot covers around 740 m² and features a private pool (4 x 8 m).

The nearby rocky beach, especially popular with divers, is only 2.4 km away and can be reached by car in 4 minutes. The sandy beach is 5.4 km away, about a 9-minute drive (according to Google Maps).

The house has been extensively and completely renovated and furnished with modern, high-quality furniture. The generous living area is dominated by breathtaking views of the sea, Montgó, as well as Denia with its castle and harbor. The adjoining sofa area includes a large flat-screen TV with satellite reception, DVD player, and also offers fantastic views thanks to the large window front.

The completely redesigned kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric cooktops, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso latte macchiato machine, blender, kettle, and much more.

Five modern combination air conditioning units ensure the perfect indoor climate all year round – pleasantly cool in summer and cozy warm in winter. Additionally, a pellet stove provides comfortable and efficient heating during the colder months.

The house features a guest toilet with shower as well as a large bathroom with another shower. The lower level also includes a fitness and laundry room with a third shower.

All three bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, mirrored wardrobes, and dressers. The windows have shutters and mosquito nets. Two rooms have double beds sized 180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm respectively. The third room is used as an office and offers a pull-out bed for flexible use.

The fully fenced plot makes the villa ideal for dogs, who are warmly welcomed here. The private pool invites you to cool off, and the terrace with a gas grill provides cozy evenings with a glass of wine.

A high chair and a baby crib are available upon request. Washing machine and parking space are also provided.

Casa Leona borders the El Montgó Natural Park. The picturesque landscape invites you to take leisurely walks or challenging day hikes up to the summit of the “Holy Mountain,” which locals also call the “Sleeping Elephant.” Mountain bikers and dog owners will also find this a dream destination for outdoor activities.
