This modern and spacious villa is located in a quiet holiday home area in Denia with stunning sea views.
Two large terraces and the private pool invite for sunbathing, and in the evening for a glass of wine to enjoy the sunset. In 2017, the private pool was converted from pure chlorination to water treatment via electrolysis. This makes it well suited for allergy sufferers as it is chlorine-free. The water is thus particularly soft and pleasant. Skin irritation, burning eyes and chlorine smell are a thing of the past
The fully fenced property is accessed from the carport, which is equipped with an electric gate. A staircase leads to the breakfast terrace and from there to the villa. Here you enter the very tastefully furnished living room with fireplace, satellite TV and elegant seating area and the dining area. On this level is also fully equipped with dishwasher, Kühlgefrierkombi, microwave, toaster, etc. equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. A staircase leads to the lower area. There is a bedroom with air conditioning, mosquito protection and built-in wardrobe, as well as a 40sqm bedroom with extra living space and air conditioning.(Insect blinds) The completely newly renovated bathroom has a bathtub, extra barrier-free shower, sink, toilet and romantic lighting options.
